SHIPPING POLICY – PREVAIL




ORDER PROCESSING TIME



All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase confirmation.


Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. During high-demand drops or restocks, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always aim to ship as quickly as possible.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.





SHIPPING TIMES



After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:


  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days



These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.


Delays may occur due to carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.





TRACKING INFORMATION



All orders include tracking.


Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after your order has shipped.


It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking progress using the provided link.

 

 


DELIVERY POLICY


Orders are considered fulfilled once the carrier marks the package as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout.


At that point, PREVAIL is no longer responsible for the package.


This includes:


  • Packages marked delivered but not received
  • Theft or loss after delivery
  • Incorrect delivery locations caused by customer-provided address errors






INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION



Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details at checkout.


If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:


  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages
  • Reshipping costs may apply if the package is returned to us



Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.





LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES



If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:


  1. Check with household members or neighbors
  2. Contact your local carrier
  3. File a claim with the shipping carrier



PREVAIL is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


However, you may contact us at prevailavb.clothing@gmail.com for support, and we will assist where possible.





CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL FEES



International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.


These fees are not included in product or shipping costs.
