  • Clear photo evidence of the issue

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.

  • You will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us directly
  • All order issues must be resolved through our official support email first
  • Filing an unauthorized chargeback may be considered fraudulent under these Terms

  • Challenge and dispute any chargebacks deemed invalid or abusive
  • Restrict future purchases from customers who initiate fraudulent or unjustified disputes
